I'm a local pastry chef based in West Sussex. I believe in using quality ingredients to give you the best products. From bespoke celebration cakes to handmade pastries and sweet treats, everything is crafted with care and made to order. Alongside creating for special occasions, I also run baking courses to share my skills and passion for pastry, so you can fall in love with the joy of baking, too!
